How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
When you have completed your online booking, you are expected to make the payment within 2 hours. once the payment is received, we’ll send you a confirmation email which will include details of your booking and instructions on how to collect your tickets. To see if your booking has been successful, simply check your email inbox and spam/ junk folders if not received.
When should I arrive?
To make the most of your booking, we suggest that you collect your tickets 30 minutes before the performance commences.
Do I need to bring proof of booking confirmation?
Yes, you do. please ensure that you bring your proof of booking confirmation either in electronic format (email on mobile or other devices) or as a printed copy.
Where can I collect my tickets?
For the customers who have already made the payment using the TWINT can use the e-ticket to enter the cinema. The e-tickets are sent to your email within 5 hours once the payment is received. If the e-tickets are not received within 5 hours after making the TWINT payment, Contact the customer support on 079/786.80.99.

Can I buy the ticket at the cinema without prior booking?

What is the age limit of child ticket?
Children up to and including the age of 10 can use child tickets.
